The inauguration of three “Akankhya Hostels” successfully done by Chief Minister at Behrampur, Sambalpur, and Rourkela. INR 150 Crore have spent on the construction of all three “says an official”.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday, done innaugral ceremony of hostels for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST).

Minister Patnaik has joined the inauguration, through Virtual Mode. He mentions that “Government has been implementing the college’s program to lend better education and amenities to ST and SC students. So that the children can study at reputed schools along with better facilities.
‘Sanhati Programme’ has also introduced for 1.5 Lakh children to avail primary education. This aims at students seeking knowledge in their own mother tongue, which makes it easy for them to learn successively. Patnaik mentions that “Rs. 101 Croce credits by the government for Post matric Scholarship to bank accounts of around 50,000 students.”
