Before buy any drink you will check on label that they do not use added sugar, preservatives, artificial color, caffeine or sodium.

The CDC claimed that sparkling water does not consist any sugary or sweeteners content. However, they endorse the sparkling water as substitute of sugary drinks, such as Soda.
