Pope reach Iraq to mourn the dead and meet Ali-al-sistani, Pope Francis is all set to pay a four-day historic visit to Iraq from the 5th march to 8th March 2021.

The trip is going ahead despite the security risk and corona’s pandemic now the 84-year-old leader of the world’s Catholics will be visiting the capital city of Baghdad and also the city of Ur which linked to the old testimonial figure of Abraham Erbil Mosul and Qaraqosh in the plains of Nineveh and the visit will be among the standout items of the pope’s artillery.

The pope will pay a private visit to state and religious figures such as the grand Ali-al-Sistani the highest Shia Muslim figure in the country, The pope is also expected to hold prayers in the multiple churches for the victims of ISIS in Mosul and 58 people who were killed in Baghdad massacre.
