A crude bomb attack at number of locations took place in Bengal on Wednesday. As of Reports, Three people, including a child were injured. It happened at North 24 Parganas district.
Where did incident took place?
Reportedly, Incident took place at Gali Number 17 in Jagatdal. This sport is a nearby location to residence of BJP MP Arjun Singh. Police statement claims that,” some unidentified men launched bombs at Gali Number 17 which is under 18th Ward in Bhatpara Municipality. Bombs were hurled at 15 different spots in the city and the accused also breaks CCTV of various locations.”
When Police arrived at spot, angry locals blamed police that an illegal happening just done under police’s eyes.
Hearing about the incident, Barrackpur BJP MP Arjun Singh visits the spot and told the police to take action. He also reportedly asked the police to leave the spot.
Arjun Singh said, “We have been calling the police for the past 10 to 12 days, but the police have not taken any steps to ensure the safety of people. We have also informed the Election Commission about the law and order situation in the state and amid this, an incident of bombing has happened again. Actually, the police are not taking any steps on the instructions of the ruling party.”
