The 2021 NBA playoffs have so far produced an exciting matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Phoenix Suns.
Both teams had two victories under their belts at this point, with the Suns gaining a new lease on life after their Game 4 victory.
As Suns’ Chris Paul battled an injury, the Lakers were considered big favourites heading into the game. The Suns, on the other hand, did not let the media or the fans deter them from playing at a high level.
They had some help from the fact that Lakers superstar Anthony Davis was hurt in the first half. Due to an unfortunate injury, AD was forced to sit out the rest of the game, levelling the playing field for the Suns.
LeBron James is ready to take the team’s burden.
LeBron James has been known for his tremendous ability to carry the club on his back in the playoffs since his debut in the league. He’s done it before, and it appears that the King will have to do it once more.
He is, however, no longer the freak show he once was, since he will be 37 by the end of the year. Regardless, the four-time NBA champion consented to carry the squad in the post-game conference on his back.
