After the Phoenix Suns’ recent loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, Chris Paul made a bold remark.

Following the Lakers’ 109-95 thrashing of the Suns on Thursday, Paul didn’t hold back in expressing his displeasure with the game’s supposedly poor refereeing, notably Scott Foster’s.

Foster, an 11-time NBA All-Star, said the officiating during his team’s Game 3 loss to the Lakers was “awful.” It was the 11th time Foster had done it against Paul in the playoffs, according to Paul’s count.

“If I had to guess, 11 games in a row,” Paul stated in his post-game press conference, alluding to the number of his games in which Foster allegedly did a poor job officiating. “It’s been 11 games in a row. We’ll have to wait and see what happens. 11 times in a row.”
