The Lakers’ LeBron James and the rest of the team are confident that Anthony Davis will rebound in Game 2.

The Los Angeles Lakers fell to the Phoenix Suns in the first game of their first-round series on Sunday for a variety of reasons, including weak transition defence, poor shooting, and an inability to win the rebounding battle. The lacklustre play of Anthony Davis, on the other hand, will accompany the squad into their next game on Wednesday.

Davis admitted, “I missed a lot of shots.” “We just need to improve on that end, but there’s no way we’re going to win a game, let alone a series, with me playing like I did. As a result, this one is on me. Without a doubt, I accept complete responsibility. In Game 2, we’ll be even better.”

James explained, “It’s always just AD being AD.” “Whenever he comes to the press and says we can’t win with him playing like he did, he always answers. So that’s something I’m looking forward to.

“As long as AD is AD, we’re the Lakers.”
