According to an exclusive report from The Sun, Real Madrid is interested in signing Dominic-Calvert Lewin during the summer transfer window.

With a £50 million deal on the table, the Spanish giants are preparing to raid Carlo Ancelotti’s previous club Everton for the English international.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin joined Everton in the summer of 2016 from Sheffield United, but it has only been in the last two seasons that he has developed into a reliable striker. The 24-year-old has established himself as the leader of the Toffees’ attack under Carlo Ancelotti’s supervision, and he is coming off his greatest season to date on an individual level.

Calvert-Lewin had an excellent 21 goals and four assists in 39 appearances across all competitions to show for his efforts. His development has not gone unnoticed, with a number of major clubs around Europe, including Ancelotti’s present employers Real Madrid, showing an interest in him.
